A Study of the Land in the Catchment of the Gippsland Lakes - Volume 2

A Study of the Land in the Catchment of the Gippsland Lakes - Volume 1

"A Study of the Land in the Catchment of the Gippsland Lakes" was prepared by J.M. Aldrick et al by the former Department of Conservation, Forests and Lands and published in 1988. The study area comprises the catchments of the streams flowing into the Gippsland Lakes - some 26 600 sq. km. Eighty-four (84) Land Systems were recognised - and land components within each Land System were identified, described and evaluated.

Volume 2 provides information related to each of the Land Systems recognised in the region.
