Geology/Geomorphology:
| Mount Vandyke is a tuff and ejectamenta cone. A narrow fissure eruption flow of Greenwald-Cobboboonee Basalt is located on the south-east of the cone. |
Significance: | Local. The cleared area of Mount Vandyke provides limited outcrop of Greenwald-Cobboboonee Basalt. |
Management: | Limited quarrying would provide more exposures and could be permitted. |
