General Land Unit Description: This land unit occurs on the alluvial plains of the Wannon River and it’s tributaries in the south west of the study area. The major soil type used to represent this unit is a black Dermosol, although sodic black Vertosols are co-dominant. Grey Chromosols, similar to this site, are a minor soil type. |
