Habitat: | Adaptable to most soils, preferring well-drained high rainfall areas (Robinson and Eco Plan 1996a). However, the most invasive pine species are adapted to a range of soil types (Muyt 2001). Radiata Pine invades heathland and heathy woodland, lowland grassland and grassy woodland, dry sclerophyll forest and woodland, damp sclerophyll forest, and riparian vegetation (Carr et al 1992). |
