Key Profile Features:
  • Strong texture contrast between surface (A) horizons and subsoil (B21) horizon.
  • Conspicuously bleached subsurface (A2) horizon.
Notes:
  • This soil was mapped as Mullungdung, which is meant to have a deeper and “brighter” A2 horizon than Stockdale. In fact it is a shallow version of Stockdale soil type.
