4.1.4.4 - How should I manage my drainage reuse system?

Return to Main Menu | Return to Step 4 | Return to Step 4.1 | Return to Step 4.1.4 | Next Step

The recommended best management practice for managing drainage reuse is to finish off irrigations with drainage reuse water, leaving the reuse dam as empty as possible between irrigations. This minimises the amount of water lost from the dam through seepage and evaporation, and maximises the potential to catch any runoff resulting from rainfall.
