Wannon Alluvial Land Unit

This land unit occurs on the alluvial plains of the Wannon River and its tributaries in the south-west of the study area. The land unit can be quite small in areas, and due to restrictions of scale, may have been incorporated into other land units. The major soil type is a Black Dermosol, although sodic Black Vertosols also occur.
