General Land Unit Description: The undulating rises to the west of Macarthur consist of Mottled Brown Chromosols with sporadically bleached subsurface horizons. Black Endohypersodic Vertosols are predominant on the flats which are the prominent landscape element of this unit. Minor shallow Mottled Brown Chromosols occur on slopes and crests also.
