Coastal dunes and plains
These dunes and plains were mostly formed during the Holocene. In the Mid-Holocene the sea levels were about 2 m higher than they are today.
Qrd
This geological unit includes the dunes that adjoin the present coastline.
Qrm
This includes the estuarine plains that were deposited during the Mid-Holocene.
